These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of dance lessons offered by Camilo Avila Dance Company. By purchasing a dance lesson package or individual lesson, you agree to the following terms.

Purchase and Validity of Lessons​​

• 5 Lesson Package must be used within 3 months, 10 Lesson Package must be used within 6 months, and 15 Lesson Package within 1 year. No refund or credit will be provided once lessons expire.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount of the lesson or forfeiting the lesson entirely.​

Payment and Charges

• Payment for lessons is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified by the Company.

• Clients who cancel lessons less than 48 hours in advance or miss scheduled lessons will be charged the full amount for the lesson.​

​

Refunds and Expirations

• All lessons are non-refundable.

• If lessons fall within the non-expiration period, you may transfer your lessons to someone else. To transfer lessons, please speak with your instructor to do so.

Scheduling

• Lessons are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to schedule lessons as early as possible to secure their preferred time slot.

• In the event of illness or an emergency on the part of Camilo Avila Dance, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule lessons or offer a credit.​​

Conduct

• Clients are expected to act respectfully during all lessons and adhere to the Company’s conduct guidelines. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of lesson without a refund.

Modifications to Terms

• Camilo Avila Dance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
